“Understanding food labels is so important to know! I take a supplement that was customized for me based on my DNA…..I like to see what I’m getting “food wise” in my nutrition as well. Even though my vitamin is organic fruits and veggies (with a vitamin/mineral compound), I still need to know if I should be adding anything else to what I’m taking daily. Thanks so much for this great information.”

“What is a cruise without a good Chef! You treated us very well. All our guests were happy. Thanks to you!”

“Just a quick note to express my thanks for all your efforts whilst on board 55 Colombaio Star in the Maldives. Whilst it must have been somewhat difficult working in such a small galley, I do hope there was some compensation in cooking for people who really appreciated your cuisine. You can generally rely on French people to be fussy about their food!
In my opinion you are quite the most talented chef that we have come across in our 13 or so major cruises. One again, thanks for your superlative work on board C-Star. The meals really were the high point of the cruise.”

“After cruising in South East Asia for two years the vessel departed to Europe for an extensive refit. Destiny Langkawi crossed the Indian Ocean, the Read Sea, Mediterranean and arrived in October 1996, to Bremen, Germany. The following year the vessel left to go to Mediterranean and in February of 1998 Destiny Langkawi left Barcelona, Spain and arrived in Portsmouth, U.K.
I have worked previously with Mr. Richardson on another yacht, and when I found out he was available, I offered him the position as the Chef on Destiny Langkawi. I am pleased he accepted the offer.
Mr. Richardson is an excellent Chef, he is organized, he keeps the galley clean, the meals are always served on time, and he gets along with the crew very well.”
